چکیده
A non-quasi-static compact model well suited for the simulation of electrical behavior printed organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs) is proposed and validated. The based on discretization current continuity equation by using a spline collocation approach while transport in semiconductor described variable range hopping theory. accounts presence parasitic regions that are often found layouts OTFTs due to large process tolerances. has been implemented Verilog-A language validated comparison with capacitance vs. voltage (small signal) characteristics devices measurements made OTFT-based common-source amplifiers (large signal). quasi-static version reported.

Quasi-Static Numerical Simulation of Missile Staging
In this study, the missile staging process by implementing a side-injected jet is simulated numerically. The problem is considered to be axisymmetric and the thin shear layer approximation of Navier-Stokes equations along with an algebraic turbulence model is used in a quasi-static form for the calculations. The free stream corresponds to a very high altitude flight condition with a Mach number...

متن کاملNon-quasi-static modeling/implementation of BJT current crowding for seminumerical mixed-mode device/circuit simulation
VLSI technology CAD (TCAD) requires integrated, physics-based tools for predictive process, device, and (small-scale) circuit simulation. Computational efficiency is desirable, and indeed essential if the TCAD system is to be used in manufacturing CAD involving statistical simulation. Conventional TCAD systems comprise robust, numerical process and device simulators which drive optimization of ...
متن کاملAccurate Quasi - Static Modeling of Microstrip Lines Over Lossy Substrates
A highly accurate, analytic quasi-static model of a microstrip over a semiconductor layer has been developed. The model agrees with full-wave calculations in all three modes of propagation (skin-effect, slow wave, and dielectric quasi-TEM), for both the attenuation constant α and the propagation constant β over a very wide range of dimension, substrate conductivity, and frequency. To achieve th...
